Groundskeeper

Position Description

Mason Equity Group is seeking a reliable, hands-on Groundskeeper to support the exterior upkeep and overall curb appeal of our growing portfolio in the Dover / New Philadelphia market. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior appearance of residential homes, apartment communities, and commercial properties
• Perform routine groundskeeping and landscaping tasks (trimming, edging, light planting, etc.)
• Complete trash pickup and debris removal across all assigned properties
• Conduct power washing of sidewalks, building exteriors, and common areas as needed
• Assist with minor exterior repairs and upkeep, including fence painting and small projects
• Identify and report any property concerns or maintenance needs
• Ensure properties consistently meet Mason Equity Group’s standards for cleanliness and curb appeal

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a reputable driving record
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple sites
• Comfortable performing physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-kept properties
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred (but not required)
